Marylynn Pinkard, Owner
Marylynn Pinkard is the Owner of M&T Exteriors, inc. She has joined up with Tommy Pinkard to open an exterior restoration company. Her outstanding past work experience with finances and customer relations has been an asset to the company. Her responsibilities include office administration, managing finances, client communications, and assisting with project proposals and project coordination. She has helped M&T Exteriors to achieve new heights and making it one of the best roofing companies in Chicago, IL.
Matthew Nied, Project Manager
Matthew Nied is a 2013 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with his bachelor of science in architectural studies. He is also a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) through the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). His past experience includes association budget analysis studies, architectural design and detailed drawings, engineering specifications, moisture intrusion investigations, and construction administration.
As Project Manager, Matt will assist with all aspects of project estimation, oversee and direct restoration projects from commencement to completion, complete various exterior building repairs, and help with marketing events and sales.
